What's the Scoop in Hudsonville

Delicious ice cream every time, with extremely kind staff who answer any questions you have about the menu, and will fill your order promptly and with a smile. There's enough seating for small families, or a large friends group as well as outdoor seating for those of us who dislike air conditioning. Would recommend.

The ice cream is so good and the prices are reasonable. They have been packed every time we have been in. I love that they have soft serve in other flavors than just chocolate and vanilla. I have not tried their actual food, but I plan to.

Hours are not correct on Google. So bummed when our soccer team showed up for ice cream on Sunday at 2:30 and they were closed.

Ice cream was great. Prices and portions were good. My only issue is with the chocolate dip for the soft serve. Very thin. Great place.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and great selection if ice cream! Only change that I would recommend is for them to purchase a few more high chairs, as I have only seen one or two at most available.

Great ice cream and service. Place was slammed and the ladies behind the counter were awesome and moving non-stop. I just wish they had ice water too.

Why aren’t they wearing mask while serving ice cream for virus and gloves . Not coming back until it’s over should be wearing them 😥😥

The prices at this place confuse me so much! The ice cream is good cause its Hudsonville ice cream, but I could get 3 kid size soft serves for about the same price as one small. How does that make sense?

Very friendly place to take your family. We had a great time. Ice Cream was wonderful. Highly recommended just let me in the door first please.

Love this place. Good collection of ice cream creations and the usual easy food offerings. They make their waffle cones in house, smells so good!

We visit once a week and sometimes more. They serve yummy Hudsonville ice cream and have quick fried foods that you can snack on. The girls behind the counter are friendly and work like crazy to make the lines go quickly. Speaking from experience, the line inside goes faster than outside.

The ice cream tastes nice, it’s in a very nice area of town, and the service is good. It is a nice place to stop by spontaneously on a hot day or to end a long bike ride, but nothing to especially rave about.

Other than the random nostalgia cone, I see absolutely no reason to go to any of the other ice cream shops in the area.. just came here for the first time at the recommendation of a family member and wow.. fast, clean, polite, indoor and outdoor seating, and best of all, really good ice cream! #grasshopper

Classic family ice cream place. Good prices, tons of options, very friendly. Owner is a great guy, is very popular in the community for good reason.

Hudsonville ice cream served here. They have Coffee Lovers Dream (my favorite). Friendly staff with indoor and outdoor seating available.

Good variety of flavors, but they need to put a trash can in the outdoor area. Also some umbrellas in the outdoor seating area would be nice or something to make the patio a little more comfortable

It's always a treat to visit What's the Scoop ... literally. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient even when the place is packed. We've been going for years and it's still my kids favorite.

Great service, great ice cream and a few food offerings that don't disappoint. the prices are spot on and you don't have to break the bank to get a tasty treat during the summer. The outdoor seating is pet friendly!

My time at What's the scoop was pleasant at first. I ordered the float but it had a very weird taste to it that made me not want to finish it. I think it was the ice cream. Also the float could have used more root beer.

The ice cream is good. The outdoor tables are nice. I do wish though, that the owner would require the girls wear more respectable attire. Their shorts are so short you can see rear ends hanging out in some cases. Not exactly 'family friendly'.

What's the Scoop?...is the main question on where they will end up. Revive was suppose to take over their square footage yet something must have been worked out. It is a great location for the corner hot spot in the summer. Soft Serve and Hard Scoop ice cream. Recommended.

Icecream was great, although at this most recent visit I noticed there was no trash bin outside, which would be nice for customers outside.

I pulled up at 1:33 pm on April 7th because Google Maps said they were open. Ready to get some Bubble Gum ice cream for my grandma I saw the sign blinking that read closed. Dissatisfied and dissapointed.
